 * Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
 * Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams für eine gemeinsame Produktvision zu begeistern
 * Product-Owner-Zertifizierung (z. B. PSPO oder CSPO) wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Definition, Priorisierung und Abstimmung des Lieferumfangs mit Stage- und Sprint-Teams, mit Fokus auf das MVP
 * Erhebung und Steuerung funktionaler sowie nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen
 * Planung und Koordination von Releases inklusive strukturierter Kundenübergabe
 * Vertretung von Markt- und Kundenanforderungen im agilen Entwicklungsumfeld
 * Aktives Stakeholder-Management mit Entwicklung, Business Units und relevanten Fachbereichen
 * Sicherstellung von ROI, Budgettransparenz sowie Qualitäts-, Normen- und Architekturvorgaben
 * Mitarbeit im Stage-Team sowie Vorbereitung und Beschaffung von CAPEX-Investitionen
 * Definition von Produkteigenschaften und ROI auf Stage-Ebene
 * Eigenständige Priorisierung der Stage-Backlog-Items
 * Abnahme und Freigabe von Lieferungen
 * Initiierung von Expertenrunden zur Lösung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen
