## Description

Sicherstellung des Betriebs und der Betreuung der schulischen IT-Infrastruktur (inklusive Endgeräte, Server, Netzwerke und Peripherie)
Durchführung von IT-Dienstleistungen, Wartungen und Störungsbehebungen vor Ort
Umsetzung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Schulen und Bildungseinrichtungen
Administration von IT-Systemen (z.B. logoDIDACT, Iserv) sowie Betreuung von Netzwerken, WLAN, interaktiven Whiteboards, Druckern und weiteren Bildungstechnologien
Softwarebereitstellung und Systempflege - Imaging, Verteilung von Anwendungen sowie Verwaltung von Betriebssystemen, Treibern und Standardsoftware
