## About the Role

* Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Data, Analytics und AI mit sowie fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Softwareentwicklungs- und Delivery-Modelle und aktueller Technologietrends rund um Cloud, Integration, Low-Code, MS-Dynamics, Adobe sowie ContactCenter Lösungen
 * Du blickst auf eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Kundenprogramme, Transformationsprojekte oder Delivery-Organisationen
 * Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen sowie in der Geschäftsentwicklung bringst du mit
 * Du verfügst über eine mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Führung von Führungskräften, und standortübergreifender Teams
 * Du hast ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
 * Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung von P&L-, Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
 * Desweiteren hast du einen sicheren Umgang mit operativen Managementherausforderungen, Eskalationen und komplexen Stakeholder-Situationen
 * Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten auf Management- und Executive-Ebene
 * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke und strategisches Denkvermögen zeichnen dich aus
 * Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Nearshore- und Offshore-Organisationen sowie globalen Delivery-Modellen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
