In deinem Alltag richtest du Hardware, Betriebssysteme und Netzwerke ein, weißt aber auch, wie du Fehler an unseren technologisierten Kundenanlagen behebst.

 * Planung, Konfiguration, Einrichtung und Test von IT-Systemen
 * Integration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten zu komplexen IT-Systemen
 * Anwenderberatung bei Auswahl und Einsatz von Geräten
 * Störungsbehebungen und -eingrenzung unter Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen
 * Erstellen von Systemdokumentationen und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
 * Erstkontakt für unsere externen Kunden bei Service-Requests, Wartungen und Störungsbehebungen an unseren Kundenanlagen
 * Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung zeitgemäßer und optimierter Services für neue und geänderte Herausforderungen
 * Support komplexer IT-Systeme, wie Produktionssteuerungssysteme, IT-, Netzwerk- oder Sicherheitsinfrastruktur
 * die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3 Jahre mit der Möglichkeit diese bei guten Leistungen zu verkürzen
