 * Qualifikation: Sie haben eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder ein IT-Studium.
 * Windows-Expertise: Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Installation und Administration von Windows Servern (2012-2019) und Active Directory mit.
 * Technisches Know-how: Sie sind absolut sicher im Umgang mit:
 + Design und Konzeption von Windows-Domänen & DC-Migrationen
 + Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs/GPPs)
 + Automatisierung per PowerShell
 + Azure AD / Microsoft 365
 * Umgebungserfahrung: Sie fühlen sich in mittelgroßen IT-Strukturen zu Hause.
 * Persönlichkeit: Sie arbeiten strukturiert, ergreifen gerne Eigeninitiative und lösen Probleme selbstständig.
