## Description

Du sorgst dafür, dass der Applikationsbetrieb (On-Premises, Cloud) unserer Software bei den Kund\*innen reibungslos läuft

 - Dabei übernimmst Du den Support, die Administration und die Konfiguration der Lovion BIS Software
 - Software-Aktualisierungen sowie System- und Programmtests zur Qualitätssicherung werden von Dir durchgeführt
 - Zudem unterstützt Du den 1st-Level-Support bei IT-anwendungsrelevanten Fragen
 - Du übernimmst die Kommunikation zwischen unseren Kund\*innen und den internen Teams bei Fehlerbehebungen und neuen Anforderungen
 - Das Customizing und Datenmodellanpassungen der Lovion BIS Software gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
