* Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Service Provider hinsichtlich SLAs, KPIs, Qualität und Kosten
 * Verantwortung für Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 und SaaS-Services
 * Sicherstellung von Servicequalität, Verfügbarkeit und Compliance
 * Steuerung und Begleitung von Service Transitions aus Projekten in den Regelbetrieb
 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Service Reviews
 * Kosten-, Budget- und Vertragssteuerung
 * Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business, IT, Security, Architektur, Infrastruktur und Fachbereichen
 * Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen sowie Vertragsverhandlungen
