## Description

* Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäfts- und Systemprozesse in SAP S/4HANA und SAP SPM
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische System- und Lösungsspezifikationen
 * Konzeption, Dokumentation und Pflege von Prozess- und Systemanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT
 * Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Prozessdokumentationen in Signavio
 * Durchführung von Impact-Analysen sowie Bewertung und Abstimmung von Lösungsoptionen
 * Übernahme des 3rd-Level-Supports inklusive Incident-Analyse, Fehlerbewertung und Lösungsverfolgung
 * Unterstützung von Tests, Releases und Go-Live-Aktivitäten
