You will be expected to manage the entire lifecycle of your designs, including schematic capture and PCB layout; this is a hands-on position rather than a high-level architecture role. The ideal candidate has successfully guided boards from initial concept to final production, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and learn from real-world failures.
