Nice to Haves: * Master's Degree in Business Administration, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or related advanced degree. * Experience in a related market as a customer or a supplier of steel products. * Experience in strategic planning. * Experience managing within a highly documented manufacturing quality system. * Supervisory or managerial experience in a technical discipline. * Experience with QS9000, ISO9000, and/or TS16949 quality systems. ## Description Help customers turn technical challenges into innovative steel solutions. As a Technical Services Engineer, you'll partner directly with customers to understand their application requirements, develop material specifications, and ensure Charter's products deliver the right performance for their needs.
