## Description

Lead the design, development, and sustainment of centrifugal pumps and fluid handling systems. Serve as a technical leader driving product innovation, performance, manufacturability, and continuous improvement while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams., * Lead product design from concept through production launch for centrifugal pumps and fluid power systems.

 * Develop product architecture, performance requirements, and technical strategy.
 * Perform hydraulic, fluid dynamics, and system-level analysis to optimize product performance and reliability.
 * Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
 * Lead design reviews, approve engineering documentation, and drive NPD and VAVE initiatives.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
 * Collaborate cross-functionally to support manufacturing, suppliers, quality, and customer requirements.
 * Manage engineering projects to meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
