Preferred Experience: * Experience with hyperscale or enterprise data center builds. * Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems commonly found in data centers. * Prior experience working with owner-furnished equipment and vendor management., * Regular, reliable attendance * Work productively and meet deadlines timely * Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. ## Description Kiewit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented OFCI Manager to support our growing portfolio of Data Center construction projects. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment and materials, ensuring timely coordination, delivery, and installation in alignment with project schedules and specifications. The OFCI Manager will be embedded on-site and serve as a key liaison between the owner, vendors, and construction teams., * Manage the lifecycle of OFCI equipment from procurement through turnover. * Coordinate with owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and readiness for installation. * Maintain detailed tracking logs and documentation for all OFCI items. * Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of OFCI materials on-site. * Ensure proper handling and installation of OFCI equipment per manufacturer and project specifications. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delivery delays, damage, or installation conflicts. * Serve as the primary point of contact for OFCI-related matters on-site. * Facilitate regular coordination meetings with vendors, owners, and project teams. * Provide status updates and reporting to project leadership. * Ensure all OFCI documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with project requirements. * Support commissioning and turnover processes by providing necessary OFCI documentation.
