The position ensures the accuracy, integrity, security, and timely submission of district data impacting funding, accountability measures, compliance requirements, and strategic decision-making., * Serve as the district's EMIS Coordinator, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required data. * Monitor enrollment, performance metrics, and data accuracy for fiscal and compliance purposes. * Review and resolve EMIS errors and discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external partners. * Monitor and maintain student, staff, course, program, attendance, enrollment, discipline, assessment, and graduation data. * Prepare reports and analysis for district administrators, auditors, and regulatory agencies. * Collaborate with departments to ensure reporting accuracy. * File required waivers and state documentation. * Monitor resident student reporting and community school enrollment data. * Serve as liaison between the district, ODEW, and other reporting agencies. * Provide training and technical assistance to district personnel (i.e. building secretaries, school counselors) regarding data collection and reporting requirements. * Facilitate consistent implementation of best practices. * Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment. * Stay current on EMIS updates and Ohio Department of Education and Workforce requirements. ## Related Videos - [Kubernetes and Microservices with Multi-Model Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/382-kubernetes-and-microservices-with-multi-model-databases) - [Microservices?
