Prior experience supporting Salesforce and ERP integration preferred. * Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Certifications preferred, but not required). * Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment, including flows and declarative automation, security and access management, reports and dashboards, data management and governance, and system integrations and data synchronization. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across business and technical teams. ## Description The Salesforce Administrator configures, maintains, and supports the Salesforce (SFDC) platform in alignment with business priorities and the Revenue Operations roadmap. By improving data quality, visibility, sales and service workflows, and system integrations, this role helps our teams work more efficiently, make better decisions, and deliver a more consistent customer experience. Working closely with both business and technical teams, you'll translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while driving continuous improvement across the platform.
