 * Expertise in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields; hands-on Prism experience (dataset creation, derived datasets)\n
 * Expertise in data analysis, report development, and a solid understanding of Workday HCM\n
 * Strong working knowledge of Workday security, data sources, and report optimization to ensure accurate and efficient data retrieval\n
 * Advanced Excel skills\n
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills with close attention to detail\n
 * Proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into delivered outcomes\n
 * Effective communication and interpersonal skills; collaborates well with others\n
 * Workday Report Writer Certification a plus\n
