Position-specific Technical Requirements Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) * Deep hands-on experience implementing, administering, and enhancing OneStream, with demonstrated experience leading OneStream SaaS implementations or cloud migrations. * Strong understanding of Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Account Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management processes. * Experience developing OneStream business rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workspaces, XF MarketPlace solutions, and platform automation. Cloud & Enterprise Architecture * Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture, SaaS platforms, enterprise integrations, and API-driven solutions. * Experience with cloud-native services preferred. This Sr. Engineer will own Carlyle's OneStream SaaS platform and drive the modernization of financial technology through cloud adoption, AI-enabled solutions, enterprise integrations, and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate combines deep OneStream SaaS expertise with strong engineering leadership, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to rapidly prototype and deploy innovative business solutions using AI and modern cloud technologies. This role will lead a team of internal and external consultants that have been supporting OneStream for over 5+ years while partnering closely with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Infrastructure, Security, Product Owners, and executive leadership. In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week in office Primary Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Ownership * Own the overall roadmap for Carlyle's OneStream Cloud platform. * Evaluate and implement new OneStream capabilities including Genesis, AI Studio, Dynamic Cube Services, BI Designer, and Productivity Pack. * Drive platform modernization while balancing stability, scalability, and business priorities. * Partner with Product Owner to define and prioritize the platform roadmap.
