You will play a role in designing key features and customer journeys, translating complex AI capabilities into proactive, adaptive, and trustworthy experiences. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and science to deliver high-quality customer experiences. You will balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals while contributing to scalable design patterns and evolving best practices in AI-driven experiences. You should be comfortable working in AI-accelerated workflows, leveraging modern AI design tools, rapid prototyping environments, and "vibe coding" approaches to quickly explore, test, and refine ideas.
