 * Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or React Query.
 * Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, SCSS, or styled-components).
 * Proficiency with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL integration.
 * Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
 * Solid understanding of frontend build tools and package managers.
 * Familiarity with version control (GitLab) and collaborative workflows
 * Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility best practices., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

* Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
 * Architect scalable frontend solutions, establishing patterns and standards for component design, state management, and code organization.
 * Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion engineering best practices across the team.
 * Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
 * Own the frontend build pipeline, tooling, and CI/CD integration for frontend deployments.
 * Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, with strong unit and integration test coverage.
 * Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt proactively.
