## Description

The State of Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Software Programmer - Project Lead for a rebid posting of an incumbent role. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems within a hybrid work environment. This is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on .NET development and database-driven architectures., * Independently design and implement medium to large-scale software systems using .NET architectures.

 * Lead the development of data-driven applications using N-tier architectures and relational databases.
 * Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
 * Guide the successful design and implementation of multiple software components and subsystems.
 * Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
 * Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
