## Description

* Bereitstellung von 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support im gesamten Unternehmen
 * Verwaltung von Laptops, mobilen Endgeräten und Benutzerkonten
 * Unterstützung und Administration von Google Workspace- und Microsoft 365-Umgebungen
 * Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkproblemen
 * Betreuung von Lagertechnologien wie Scannern, Druckern und mobilen Handheld-Geräten
 * Durchführung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Technologiepartnern
 * Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Support-Prozessen
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und der Einführung neuer Technologien
