AI / GenAI / ServiceNow AI (this is a must have) * Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, LLM, and/or Generative AI . * Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities . * Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domain-specific prompts, and RAG-based solutions . * Proven experience building AI Agents and agentic workflows , including orchestration, guardrails, and multi-step automation. * Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models. * Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI-driven ServiceNow actions, including record creation, case triage, and data retrieval. * Ability to integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow Workspaces, Portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications .
