## Description

* Leitung und strategische Entwicklung eines 4-köpfigen IT-Teams.
 * Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Hybrid Azure, Microsoft 365 und weiterer Cloud-Dienste.
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Windows- und Linux-Systemumgebungen.
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und reibungslosen Betriebs aller IT-Systeme.
 * Identifikation, Analyse und Lösung von technischen Problemen
 * Schnittstelle zwischen IT-Administratoren-Team, Abteilungsleitung und Geschäftsführung sowie Kommunikation und Koordination von externen Partnern und Dienstleistern.
 * Steuerung und Führung der Systemdokumentation.
