## About the Role

o 10+ years of technical data analytics / production analytics experience.
o Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python/Pandas, and ServiceNow.
o 5+ years of production support and incident analytics experience, including root-cause analysis and stability improvements.
o Proven experience building dashboards, KPIs, analytics, and reporting from the ground up.
o Experience analyzing incident volume, MTTD, MTTR, monitoring/observability, and operational data.
o Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting analytics and recommendations to leadership.
o Experience partnering with Production Support, SRE, Development, and Application teams.
o 2+ years of practical experience with AI-assisted tools, such as MS Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Nice to Have
o Financial services / banking experience.
o SRE, reliability engineering, or observability experience.
o Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, or similar tools.
o ServiceNow Performance Analytics experience.
o Experience analyzing application logs, events, and alerts.
o Proven results improving incident volume, MTTR/MTTD, or application stability.
