## Description

* Betreuung und laufendes Monitoring von Verträgen im gesamten IT-Umfeld (Hardware, Software, IT-Dienstleistungen und Telekommunikation), inkl. Ver-tragsanpassungen und -änderungen
 * Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie Lieferanten zu vertraglichen Rechten und Pflichten sowie operativen Fragestellungen
 * Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, vertraglichen Anspruchsfällen und Sicher-stellung vereinbarter Qualitätsstandards
 * Fachliche Beratung zu bestehenden Verträgen sowie zu neuen Ausschrei-bungs- und Vertragslösungen
 * Unterstützung von Kunden und Lieferanten im Rahmen eines 2nd-Level-Supports
