## Description

We're seeking a Support Engineer to join a small, collaborative team supporting a critical quoting platform. This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, and hands-on coding to resolve complex application issues.

What You'll Do

 * Troubleshoot and debug issues impacting users and business operations
 * Investigate application errors and quoting-related problems
 * Write and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts
 * Support internal users, underwriters, agents, and policyholders
 * Manage and resolve tickets while delivering excellent customer service
 * Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, * Experience supporting SaaS, business applications, or quoting/rating platforms
 * Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT
 * Located in the Western or Central United States
