This role is pivotal to our success and requires a seasoned professional who can handle a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with our most important clients - our key accounts. The successful candidate will have a background in engineering, with a deep understanding of the construction industry, blueprints, engineered products, manufacturing, and inside sales. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives. 2. Research key customer wants and needs. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. 5.
