## Description

The Client Technologies Technician - Entry provides frontline IT support for faculty, staff, and students within the College of Nursing. This role focuses on troubleshooting, customer service, and maintaining technology functionality across university facilities. The position is fully onsite and requires a current South Carolina resident. Responsibilities:

 * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to faculty, staff, and students.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently and effectively.
 * Support IT needs during university ceremonies and events, including potential evening or weekend work.
 * Travel between university buildings to deliver onsite support.
 * Assist with setup and maintenance of client technologies within the College of Nursing.
