 * Du bist 20% deiner Arbeitszeit international auf Dienstreisen für Kundenworkshops.

## Description

* Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Software-Engineering-Teams und treibst dessen strategische sowie fachliche Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran.
 * Du priorisierst Themen, strukturierst Arbeitspakete und sorgst für klare Zielbilder - mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Security und langfristige Plattformstrategie.
 * Als Teil des operativen Teams planst du softwareseitig unsere automatisierten Lager-Logistik-Lösungen, bist verantwortlich für die Abwicklung von Projekten und fungierst als Schnittstelle intern sowie extern.
 * Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen, modellierst logistische Softwareprozesse und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Softwarekonzepte.
 * Du erstellst Prozessspezifikation auf Basis der Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), sowie Test- und Abnahmespezifikationen.
