Our mission is to provide information technology leadership, services, and innovative solutions to promote the research, education, and community service goals of the University. The Enterprise Student Management Systems (ESMS) sub-division within OIT provides operational, application development and maintenance support for the systems applications and technical assets used by six large, complex and mission critical business units: Financial Aid and Scholarships, Financial Services, Graduate Division, Office of the Registrar, Summer Session, and Undergraduate Admissions. Your Role on the Team Under the general supervision of the Manager, Financial Aid IT, the Application Programmer applies skills as a seasoned, experienced software professional with a full understanding of industry practices, community standards and relevant policies and procedures to medium-sized projects or portions of large projects with moderate scope and complexity. Resolves a wide range of issues. Demonstrates competency in selecting tools, methods and techniques to obtain results. The primary technology stack is Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP) Cloud Service, leveraging Java, Groovy, and SQL as core languages. Secondary technologies include Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Publisher (OAP) / Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Application Express (APEX), T-SQL, PL/SQL, MVC, RESTful, shell scripting.
