## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems science, or equivalent experience.
 * Three (3) + years of experience as a data management administrator or in a similar role.
 * Knowledge of data management principles and best practices, with emphasis on managing and maintaining Data Quality across data assets.
 * Experience with databases, data warehousing concepts and data management tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, etc.).
 * Assist in training and educating employees on data management and governance best practices.
 * Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data management and governance.

Physical Requirements

 * Position works in-office at the corporate location
 * Ability to sit for extended periods of time
 * Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
 * Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds
 * Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary
 * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
 * Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods
 * Ability to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators (if applicable)
 * Ability to travel up to 20% via airplane or vehicle (if applicable)
 * Ability to use assistive devices if needed for mobility or communication

## Description

Job Summary: A detail-oriented and proactive Data Management Administrator responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the processes, standards, and tools that ensure data is accurate, consistent, secure, and compliant with governance policies.

Essential Functions

 * Collaborate with data stewards to understand their data needs and requirements.
 * Assist in defining data standards, guidelines, and best practices.
 * Organize and categorize data to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval.
 * Assist in developing and implementing data management and governance strategies.
 * Monitor data quality and integrity and proactively address any issues.
 * Assist in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across systems and processes.
