* Strong hands-on Windows and workstation support experience
 * Experience with workstation deployments, imaging, hardware, and peripherals
 * Solid Active Directory and networking troubleshooting skills

 * Ability to troubleshoot independently rather than simply escalate problems

## Description

* Provide hands-on Tier 2 support for users, hardware, peripherals, Microsoft 365, and business applications
 * Troubleshoot Active Directory, identity, access, and connectivity issues
 * Assist with networking issues including LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, switches, and general connectivity
 * Handle escalated technical issues and drive them through resolution
 * Support hardware refreshes, imaging, upgrades, and break/fix needs
 * Jump into broader IT and infrastructure issues as needed
 * Document work clearly and provide a strong onsite customer experience
