* 5-7 years of experience across systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, or a combination of these areas\n
 * Strong knowledge of network security principles, practices, and technologies\n
 * Hands-on experience with enterprise servers, networks, cloud or hybrid environments, and security tooling\n
 * Experience with technologies such as SIEM, DLP, IPS/IDS, EDR, firewalls, VPNs, virtualization, identity, and access controls\n
 * The ability to troubleshoot complex problems across systems rather than looking at each technology in isolation\n
 * Strong judgment when the pressure is on and systems need to get back online\n
 * The ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\n
 * A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\n
 * Industry certifications in systems, networking, or security such as Microsoft, Cisco, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent are a plus\n
