Healthcare Customer Service, Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to serve as the face of our busy outpatient clinic in Arlington, VA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and can effectively multitask between patient interactions, administrative responsibilities, and incoming phone calls.

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting providers and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

 * Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out processes
 * Register new patients and update demographic and insurance information
 * Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
 * Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and requests
 * Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
 * Provide outstanding customer service to patients, providers, and staff
 * Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks
 * Effectively balance patient interactions, data entry, and phone responsibilities throughout the day, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
