Highly Desired QualificationsOther skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include working with: * the Sponsor's Lean Agile methodology. * Managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals. * Working with Sponsor data repositories, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Sponsor JIRA Workflow. * On-the-job ability to communicate (orally and in writing) complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managers. * On-the-job knowledge of Sponsor's enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments. * Broad knowledge of Sponsor's IT components, missions, and strategies. * Familiarity with IC issues, policies, systems, and working relationships. * On-the-job ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the Sponsor and Intelligence Community (IC). * Hold the following Professional Certifications: Project Management Professional (i.e. PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP). ## Description We are needing an IT Program Manager who will bring hands-on experience leading multi-disciplinary, cross-organizational teams through the complex Project Management Framework (PMF) to deliver resilient Agile solutions.
