The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, custom development, and solution architecture, along with the ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from requirements through production deployment., * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics 365 CE. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform. * Experience with: * C# * .NET * JavaScript / TypeScript * Dynamics 365 Plugins * Custom Workflow Activities * Web API / OData * Power Automate * Power Apps * Model-driven applications * Custom Connectors * Strong experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and enterprise application architecture. * Experience with Azure services, such as: * Azure Functions * Logic Apps * Service Bus * API Management * Azure DevOps * Application Insights * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, teams, environments, and solution management. * Experience with data migration and integration tools such as Dataflows, KingswaySoft, SSIS, or similar technologies. * Understanding of performance optimization, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting. * Experience working with source control systems such as Git. ## Description * Lead the technical architecture, design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. * Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to Dynamics 365 developers, consultants, and integration teams. * Design and implement customizations using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and APIs. * Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and middleware platforms. * Define development standards, coding practices, deployment processes, and technical governance. * Review solution designs, technical specifications, code, and implementation approaches. * Manage environments, solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and release management across development, testing, UAT, and production. * Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance problems, integration failures, and production incidents. * Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, compliance, and maintainability requirements. * Support estimation, technical planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. * Mentor team members and promote best practices across the Dynamics 365 development team. * Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform product updates and recommend new capabilities where appropriate., Description: At Zach, we believe in the power of light-to illuminate new ideas, spark imagination, and bring people together.
