Working with limited supervision, this role collects, analyzes, and interprets EH&S data to provide actionable insights that support operational performance, compliance, and business decision-making. The Specialist partners with EH&S teammates, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, scorecards, performance metrics, and reporting solutions that help measure program effectiveness and track progress against organizational objectives. This role supports the administration and enhancement of EH&S technology platforms, including Intelex, ensuring data integrity, user support, system continuity, and effective utilization across the organization. The Specialist develops standard and ad hoc reports, identifies trends and improvement opportunities, and works with stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities, automate processes, and improve the user experience.
