Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Agile delivery in secure Federal, regulated, on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments. * Experience supporting software, data, analytics, AI/ML, or technology modernization programs. * Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project-management platforms. * Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and modern software development practices. * Familiarity with Linux, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, .NET, Jenkins, Kubernetes/Rancher, and AI/ML technologies. * Experience coordinating technical releases, deployments, testing, and environment dependencies. * Experience with Agile metrics, dashboards, velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, and delivery forecasting. * Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification preferred. ## Description * Facilitate Agile delivery for multidisciplinary software, data, analytics, and AI/ML teams. * Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. * Identify and remove delivery impediments, blockers, risks, and dependencies. * Coordinate cross-team technical dependencies, priorities, deliverables, and commitments. * Track and communicate delivery metrics, sprint progress, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies. * Facilitate collaboration between engineering, data, AI/ML, security, infrastructure, and product teams. * Support effective backlog management, prioritization, estimation, and capacity planning. * Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, continuous improvement, and delivery best practices. * Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure delivery status, risks, decisions, and technical dependencies are clearly documented. * Develop and maintain documentation supporting team operations, delivery processes, transition, and continuous improvement. * Promote compliance with applicable security, privacy, accessibility, data governance, and records-management requirements., Analytica LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
