 * At least 3 years of experience leading projects across cross-functional teams, * Masters Degree or MBA
 * 6+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience
 * 2+ years of experience working within data ecosystems or model development environments
 * 2+ years of experience driving large-scale tech transformation or data standardization initiatives
 * PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification

## Description

* Drive large-scale, complex projects by gathering and synthesizing requirements, and tracking commitments through to delivery.
 * Design, develop, and manage project documentation, adjusting plans in a dynamic environment to meet changing requirements.
 * Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to drive stakeholders with differing points of view toward a common goal, establishing program consensus and delivering on intent.
 * Put organizational structure in place to manage work in a complex environment, providing strategic direction to stakeholders.
 * Navigate and speak comfortably within the data ecosystem, partner cross-functionally and bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy.
 * Identify, monitor, and mitigate program delivery risks, ensuring robust documentation is in place and establishing clear paths for the direct escalation of risks when necessary.
 * Establish and facilitate clear, standardized communication channels across technical, product, and enterprise stakeholders.
 * Build relationships and collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
