Fluent in English and motivated by tangible operational results. ## Description Join Axpo Biogas International and turn plant data into better decisions, simpler workflows and measurable impact. As a Junior Performance Engineer, you'll combine asset management with software engineering, data science and the Microsoft Platform to build digital solutions that help our teams perform at their best. What you will do: + Work as a digitally minded asset manager, partnering with operations, engineering and business teams to spot performance gaps, maintenance challenges and automation opportunities. + Gather user needs and translate them into clear requirements, data models, workflows and scalable solutions for the Asset Management Platform. + Design, build, test and maintain reliable software tools and data pipelines that connect plant operations, maintenance, financial and manually collected data. + Analyse SCADA data, events, maintenance and business data to uncover losses, recurring issues, anomalies and improvement opportunities across the biomethane portfolio. + Develop, validate and document statistical, machine-learning and optimization models that support performance monitoring, anomaly detection and decision-making. + Create intuitive Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs and decision-ready reports for Plant Managers, Asset Management and senior stakeholders.
