## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field, or equivalent professional experience
 * 15+ years of experience in Federal consulting services, government contracting, Federal solution strategy, delivery governance, capture support, or Federal practice leadership
 * Proven experience supporting complex Federal opportunity shaping, including pricing alignment, staffing strategy, and delivery governance activities
Deep understanding of Federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, compliance requirements, staffing models, and government delivery environments
Experience partnering closely with Federal Sales, Presales, Delivery, PMO, and executive leadership organizations
Experience supporting enterprise modernization, cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, enterprise applications, managed services, or AI-related Federal initiatives

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

 * Strong understanding of consulting delivery models, services financials, staffing strategies, and margin management principles
 * Strong relationships within the Federal ecosystem, including government agencies, prime contractors, system integrators, and strategic technology partners
 * Strong executive presence with experience leading customer, partner, and internal executive discussions
 * Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments requiring coordination across multiple consulting practices and delivery organizations
 * Experience with Oracle Federal solutions, OCI, enterprise applications, infrastructure modernization, or managed services (preferred)

## Description

The Federal Industry Solutions Leader is responsible for the strategic alignment, solution governance, operational readiness, and practice-level financial contribution of Mythics' Federal consulting services business. This leader serves as the Federal market overlay across all consulting practices, ensuring Federal opportunities are aligned to contract vehicles, pricing structures, staffing models, compliance requirements, and executable delivery strategies.
Operating in close partnership with Federal Sales leadership, this role focuses on ensuring Federal opportunities are operationally executable, strategically aligned, and deliverable across Mythics' consulting practices while supporting long-term Federal growth, profitability, and customer success.
The role serves as the primary coordination and governance point between Federal Sales, Presales, Practices, Delivery Governance, PMO, and strategic partners to drive scalable, profitable, and repeatable Federal consulting solutions.

Core Leadership Responsibilities

 * Contribute to consulting services growth, profitability, and operational performance aligned to corporate objectives
 * Partner closely with Business Development, Sales, Presales, Practices, and Delivery Governance on opportunity shaping, solution alignment, and deal governance
 * Support development and operationalization of repeatable service offerings, industry-aligned sales plays, and strategic solutions
 * Drive alignment between customer demand, delivery capabilities, staffing models, pricing structures, and operational execution
 * Collaborate with Practices, PMO, and Delivery Governance to improve delivery predictability, operational discipline, and customer outcomes
 * Identify opportunities to improve scalability through reusable frameworks, accelerators, governance models, and operational best practices
 * Support strategic planning, organizational alignment, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives
 * Build strong executive relationships across customers, strategic partners, and internal leadership teams

Federal Industry Solutions Leader - Specific Responsibilities

 * Serve as the primary Federal overlay and coordination point across Applications Modernization, Digital Platforms & AI, Hybrid Multi-Cloud, and Managed Services Practices
 * Partner closely with Federal Sales leadership to support Federal consulting growth strategy, opportunity qualification, strategic account alignment, and solution positioning
 * Lead Federal solution governance activities including staffing model validation, pricing alignment, contract structure review, operational readiness, and delivery alignment
 * Ensure all Federal opportunities align to approved contract vehicles, compliance requirements, security standards, staffing continuity expectations, and executable delivery models
 * Partner with Practices and Delivery Governance to validate delivery assumptions, margin expectations, staffing strategies, and operational feasibility prior to deal approval
 * Establish scalable governance processes for Federal opportunity intake, review, pricing alignment, and cross-practice coordination
 * Strengthen strategic partnerships with Oracle Federal, prime contractors, system integrators, and Federal ecosystem partners
 * Support Federal-focused go-to-market strategies and industry positioning aligned to evolving agency priorities and acquisition trends
 * Drive consistency and alignment across Federal engagements to improve delivery predictability, customer outcomes, and long-term account expansion
 * Support executive briefings, proposal reviews, capture support activities, partner strategy sessions, and strategic customer discussions
 * Provide strategic input into Federal hiring priorities, workforce planning, capability development, and long-term staffing strategies aligned to market demand
 * Partner with Engineering & IP and Practices to identify reusable accelerators, modernization frameworks, and repeatable Federal delivery patterns
