Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: * Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. * At least 12 years of technical experience in IT including estimation and successful bid development is required. * Proven experience communicating with non-technical business personnel and ability to interact and work in a team environment. * Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills to senior management both internal and external including SMEs. * Ability to articulate and explain high-level architecture and design ideas to larger audiences and stakeholders. * Ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locations. #techjobs #LI-Remote #VeteransPage ## Description * Responsible for the technology design and definition of software solutions. * Work with Maximus systems and operations staff to design cost-effective integrated technology solutions comprised of both in house and commercial off-the-shelf products. * Act as lead technical representative and spokesperson supporting pre-marketing and proposal activities. * Drive the decision-making for technical decisions in conjunction with systems technical staff. * Document technical strategies to facilitate operational business needs. * Review federal, state, and company policies to determine applicability to systems functionality, design, and operation. * Develop strategies to fulfill requirements and assess effectiveness of implementation. * Collaborate and coordinate with appropriate internal and external groups to ensure the confidentiality and security of all corporate information.
