This fully remote role supports our team as we help a multinational logistics company expanding its systems across Belgium to establish structured databases. You will help clean and label operational registries to make sure they remain useful and accurate for the expanded transport network. Employment Setup Our payroll partner setup requires that candidates reside in Belgium, holding full local work authorization. You will be hired directly by Olive Tree Consulting through a locally compliant Employer of Record (EOR) partner under a full-time, permanent remote framework. The work follows a standard forty-hour weekly schedule, matching Central European Time (CET). You will report directly to our Lead Data Advisor. Although your daily tasks help support our advisory work for an expanding logistics company, you are an employee of Olive Tree Consulting and will not be staffed out to the client. Our hiring process includes a thirty-minute introductory conversation, a short practical spreadsheet exercise, and a final forty-minute advisory team interview. About Olive Tree Consulting Olive Tree Consulting is a focused advisory practice that helps leadership teams manage work more simply.
