You won't just be building models, you will be delivering real-world AI. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll architect, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable AI models that drive real business value. From fine-tuning large language models to shaping MLOps pipelines, you'll lead projects with impact and help others grow along the way., * Lead the design, development and deployment of machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning * Lead the design, development and deployment of Generative AI applications and AI copilots using Azure AI Foundry * Architect and implement end-to-end data and MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring and CI/CD automation * Overseeing and optimising AI solutions in production to ensure scalability, reliability and performance * Champion responsible AI principles, ensuring fairness, explainability and privacy across all projects * Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that generate measurable business value * Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for ML development, MLOps and Azure-based AI solutions, You'll meet one of our team leads or a subject-matter expert.
