Job description:

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
 * 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in retail banking/payments.
 * 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
 * Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.
 * Strong knowledge of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations.
 * Experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements.
 * Strong Azure DevOps experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
 * Experience supporting API integrations, core banking systems, and payment gateways.
 * Hands-on experience with SQL and data migration.
 * Experience developing test cases, coordinating UAT, and supporting QA.
 * Knowledge of Agile, ISO 20022, SWIFT, ACH, PCI DSS, and banking compliance is preferred.
