## Description

* Define and maintain overall solution and system architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives, governance frameworks, and technical implementation.
 * Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and interoperability standards across distributed platforms.
 * Lead the design of scalable, secure, and federated architecture models supporting multi-organisation collaboration.
 * Drive integration between platforms, services, and external ecosystems while maintaining architectural consistency.
 * Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders, governance bodies, and delivery teams.
 * Promote best practices in architecture governance, security-by-design, and operational readiness across the programme.
