 * Expérience dans l'installation, la configuration et la réparation de PC, serveurs et réseaux.
 * Compétences techniques :

 * Microsoft Windows 11
 * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook)
 * Microsoft 365 / Entra / Intune
 * Microsoft Windows Server 2019, 2022 et 2025 + AD et GPO
 * Firewall (Checkpoint), réseau et imprimantes
 * Très bonne connaissance du français, néerlandais de base (B2) et anglais.
 * Orienté client, communicatif, désireux d'apprendre, autonome et également orienté vers le travail en équipe.
 * Titulaire d'un permis de conduire B valide.

## Description

En tant qu'IT Field Technician:

 * Vous êtes responsable de l'implémentation du matériel (hardware) et des logiciels (software) chez nos clients, assurant ainsi une transition fluide vers des solutions technologiques avancées.
 * Vous assurez l'installation, la surveillance, la maintenance et la réparation des PC, serveurs, réseaux et logiciels, en respectant scrupuleusement les normes et procédures en vigueur dans notre entreprise.
 * Votre rôle vous amène principalement à travailler sur le terrain, en déplacement chez nos clients à travers toute la Belgique, tout en préparant également les installations et les réparations depuis notre bureau central à Zaventem.
 * Vous offrez un support technique téléphonique efficace depuis notre bureau, guidant nos clients à travers des défis variés comme les problèmes de serveurs, postes de travail ou réseaux. En cas de nécessité, vous intervenez directement sur site pour garantir une résolution rapide et efficace.
