Requisitos principales8 to 15+ years of experience in Mainframe Infrastructure and z/OS Storage Administration
Hands-on experience with IBM z/OS storage in large-scale enterprises
Experience with IBM DS**** series storage, virtual tape systems, disaster recovery
Proven ability in capacity planning, backup/recovery, replication, and operations
Experience in Banking/Financial Services or heavily regulated environments (preferred)
Expertise in IBM DS**** (DS****, DS8K family), DSCLI, GDPS, PPRC Metro Mirror, DFHSM, DFDSS, ICKDSF, SMS, RMM Customization, z/OS IODF Administration
Experience installing/upgrading storage hardware and software
Knowledge of Mainframe Disk Storage Management, Provisioning, Capacity Planning, Backup/Recovery, DR
Experience with TS**** Virtual Tape Systems, Storage Grid Architectures, PPRC Replication
Experience with EMC DLm Virtual Tape systems (installation, upgrade, config)
Experience with Broadcom/Brocade storage networking and FICON
Knowledge of z/OS, JCL, Job Scheduling, Mainframe Storage Infrastructure
Experience with SMP/E and z/OSMF for maintenance and deployment
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Desire for knowledge of CA-1/CA Vantage/CA Disk/TDMF/TDMFS/NetView/System Automation/CA OPS/MVS (desirable)
Familiarity with storage performance tools, migration projects, modernization initiatives
Understanding of IBM Parallel Sysplex and GDPS HA architectures
