## About the Role

Je hebt een eerste ervaring in softwaretesting, of een sterke affiniteit met kwaliteitsborging
Je bent vertrouwd met defect management tools, bij voorkeur JIRA
Ervaring met release management (proces én omgeving) is een troef
Kennis van TOSCA en/of Mainframe is een meerwaarde
Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht - detail is voor jou geen bijzaak, maar een vanzelfsprekendheid
Je plant en organiseert je werk zelfstandig en efficiënt
Samenwerken zit in je DNA: je functioneert vlot binnen een team en neemt initiatief waar nodig
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels

## Description

Binnen onze IT afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een hands on Test Analyst die het team versterkt dat instaat voor de kwaliteit, bruikbaarheid en performantie van onze IT systemen binnen de afdeling Life.
Dit is een operationele referentiefunctie binnen IT, met een directe impact op de kwaliteit van onze oplossingen voor de business en eindgebruikers.

*️ Testontwerp
Je ontwikkelt en verfijnt teststrategieën en testschema's en bouwt testomgevingen uit die de kwaliteit van onze IT systemen garanderen.
*️ Testuitvoering & analyse
Je voert testen uit volgens vastgelegde plannen, analyseert resultaten en draagt bij aan continue kwaliteitsverbetering.
*️ Ondersteuning bij acceptatietesten & implementaties
Je ondersteunt gebruikers- en acceptatietesten, detecteert proactief problemen en helpt mee aan vlotte implementaties.
*️Samenwerking & Agile werking
Je verdiept je samenwerking in multidisciplinaire teams, deelt je expertise en groeit verder in een Agile manier van werken.
