 * Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Oklahoma City, OK.
 * Experience with JavaScript.
 * Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
 * Experience with Transact-SQL (TSQL).
 * Experience with HyperText Markup Language (HTML).
 * Experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Preferred:

 * Experience with Python.
 * Experience with Docker.
 * Experience with Jinja.
 * Experience with Git/GitHub.

## Description

* Convert approximately seventy existing fillable PDF inspection documents into new interactive HTML forms for department inspectors to use for data collection.
 * Use JavaScript to build functionality for inspector inputs to be saved to the SQL database.
 * Use Jinja templates to compile inputs back into new PDF files.
 * Provide JavaScript development support as needed to help keep the current project on track.
 * Write and maintain T-SQL stored procedures/queries to support data retrieval, validation, and reporting from inspection data stored in the SQL database.
 * Test and debug interactive HTML forms across the inspection document set to ensure accurate data capture and successful save-back to the database.
