## About the Role

* Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in IT 2nd line support.

 * Grondige kennis van:

o Windows 11

o Office 365

o Active Directory

o SAP IDM

 * Eerste officiële taal (Frans of Nederlands) niveau moedertaal, 2e officiële taal (Frans of Nederlands)niveau B2 en Engels.

 * Ervaring met netwerkprinters (installatie, troubleshooting, drivers).

 * Ervaring in een ITIL-omgeving.

 * Klantgerichtheid: je stelt de gebruiker centraal en biedt betrouwbare, menselijke en efficiënte ondersteuning.

 * Nauwkeurigheid, analytisch denkvermogen en oplossingsgerichtheid.

 * Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgeest.

Pluspunten

 * Kennis van vergaderruimtesystemen (Evoko, Logitech, enz.).

 * Ervaring met scripting (PowerShell).

 * Ervaring met het schrijven van technische documentatie.

CONFORMITY CRITERIA

 * Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent recognized diploma).

 * At least 2 years of experience in IT 2nd line support.

 * You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written). Dutch or French as a mother tongue or at least C level, the other language at least B2 level. For English at least level B2

## Description

* Samenwerken met andere Operations-teams voor een snelle en efficiënte serviceherstel.

 * Je technische expertise binnen het team verder ontwikkelen.

 * Materiële en software-aanvragen aanmaken en opvolgen.

 * Procedures opstellen en onderhouden in de Knowledge Base (ServiceNow).

 * Nieuwe collega's begeleiden.

 * Externe support leveren: handleidingen bijwerken, gebruikersvragen behandelen, individuele uitleg geven.
